Strata titled attached two story dual occupancy

East Corrimal

This Strata titled, attached dual occupancy on a 700sqm block was a knockdown to a distinctive rebuild for two 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study and single garages. Planned as up market investment, we guided the client through Council submission/DA approval to completion of a stunning, modern development with luxury open-plan living. Completed in 9 months, this project was delivered with the minute attention to detail and finishing touches that are our hallmark.
