This project emerged from the client approaching IBD through a referral.

The 60m2 granny flat was located behind the existing dwelling. The design was well executed maximising all the natural light and air flow.  

The granny flat consisted of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate laundry and open living/kitchen area with front and rear attached decks.

The main features are high-raked ceilings, high-lite windows, stone benchtop and stainless steel appliances.
