On this particular project, IBD worked along side the owner/developer through all aspects of the project. We were able to create an affordable design without jeopardising the final touches and most importantly not affecting the end value of the complete investment. On D.A approval we moved efficiently through to construction with a build time of 9 months, well under the owner's expectation.

This duplex is situated on a 630m2 block with a 18m frontage.

Each duplex contains 3 bedrooms with the main consisting of a generous walk in robe, ensuite and large balcony.

There is internal access to a double lock up garage for each duplex, but none of the features mentioned above can surpass the downstairs living area. The modern style kitchen and dining flow through to the outdoor alfresco area creating a great feel of space and giving a private outdoor entertainment area with a tidy back yard.
